Wireframes
Low-fidelity sketches for the pages CanAsia doesn't have yet — what the site likely needs to grow into between now and May 2027. Boxes and grey bars only, on purpose: this is for planning what goes where, not what it looks like. Nothing here is built or linked from the live site.

Program & Full Schedule
Today's homepage only names two stages in broad strokes. Once real sessions are booked, delegates need an actual hour-by-hour, multi-day agenda they can filter by track, day, or stage.
Page 2 of 9 · /speakers/
Speakers
A grid of confirmed keynote and panel speakers, each linking to a short bio. Needed once the Stage 1 policy/capital lineup starts naming real names.

Exhibitors & Delegations Directory
The Studio Cluster list on the homepage is a name-drop; a real event needs a searchable directory of every confirmed studio, publisher, and delegation, filterable by country and industry.

Matchmaking & Meetings
DigiBC will license a standard event-matchmaking/meeting-scheduler platform for this (the kind most B2B trade shows run on — Grip, Swapcard, and Brella are the common names in this space; which one is still an open decision). This page doesn't rebuild that tool — it explains how 1:1 meeting booking works and hands off to it, the way a conference site links out to its official event app.

Travel, Visa & Venue
The Closing CTA already promises "formal IRCC visa invitation letters" and delegation logistics -- there's no page yet that actually explains the process, or shows the venue and hotel blocks.
Page 6 of 9 · /tickets/
Tickets & Registration
Today's "Submit interest" form is pre-registration only. Once real ticketing opens (Jan 2027 per the boarding-pass copy), delegates need real tiers, pricing, and a checkout flow here.
Page 7 of 9 · /news/
News & Press
The homepage's "In the News" section only ever shows the latest 3 posts. This is the full archive, plus a press/media downloads area (logos, boilerplate, photography) once press outreach starts.
Page 8 of 9 · /faq/
FAQ
Attendee, delegate, and exhibitor questions in one place -- who can apply, what's included, visa timelines, refund policy. Reduces one-off email load on the DigiBC team as volume grows.
Page 9 of 9 · /contact/
Contact & Team
A dedicated place to reach the right person -- delegations, sponsorship, media, and general enquiries are four different conversations that shouldn't all funnel through one email address.
